HIP & HEALTHY| NOURISH YOUR SOUL BY SUSAN CABANA

No better way to start the day or end it for that matter, than with a fresh made juice. A faster growing trend like CrossFit, hula hooping and marathon running, juicing is a delicious way to get calm that sweet tooth without the extra sugars and fats. That’s why we had Nourish Your Soul founder, Susan Cabana, to give us some easy recipes to do at home. Be a mean, green fighting machine with “Green Juice” or indulge in the closest thing to a shake with “Smoothie”. Both rich in anti-oxidants “Green Juice” detoxifies while “Smoothie” provides that much needed energy to get you through the day. Just remember to blend until smooth.
