Carlos Miele, a Brazilian import, showed his Spring/Summer 2013 at Lincoln Center to a myriad of celebrities from reality shows to music and television. Celebrities like Vanessa Williams, Paula Abdul, and Daisy Fuentes were in the front row. Leopard Print ruled the runway from long sleeved mini dresses with a sheer macrame bodice to mixed leopard print kaftan and even a yellow leopard jumpsuit. The crowd ooh-ed and aah-ed as Miele’s trip to the zoo with his 2 ½ year-old son – Miele says, “I loved the way the birds moved and was inspired by the strength of the large cats.” – hit the runway.
