Famed jewelry designer, Martin Katz creates The Martin Katz Jewel Suite in The Towers at The New York Palace. This Palace Hotel collaboration is part of the their $140 million renovations, and showcases a 5,000 plus square foot, three story suite depicting romance, obscure natural elements, all with the stylistic foundation of luxury. And to christen this new arena, Katz showcased his “New York Collection” during New York Fashion Week.
“I envisioned something ground-breaking and never before been attempted in a luxury hotel suite — a spectacular oasis of rooms united in one sumptuous, over-the-top jeweled fantasy, reflecting my 25 years of designing precious jewels for the most discerning and noteworthy clientele in the world,” says Katz.
Filled with pieces so exquisite the opulence could only be felt by touch. With the eight-carat black opal ring reminiscent of a New York Summer, to the diamond tassel earrings evocative of the Empire State Building, to four-carat cushion rose-cut diamond ring for the The Rink at Rockefeller Center, each piece represents the New York through iconic elements.
