That’s right ladies and gents, today we’re giving away two bags filled with goodies from Icing. Many of you may remember Claire’s and Icing as being that teenybopper store smack dab between WetSeal and Charlotte Russe. It was the affordable place to pick up trendy items that lasted a few days before breaking or getting lost. But now all of that has changed. They’ve grown up. Collections are more sought after (we’re talking Tokidoki and Katy Perry here), pieces are more sturdy and reliable than many things I’ve bought from boutiques in Meatpacking, but the best part is that the prices have stayed the same.
