Tillie’s Biography

On ne voit bien qu’avec le cœur. L’essentiel est invisible pour les yeux.

One can only see clearly with the heart. The essential is invisible to the naked eye.”

– Le Petit Prince

Tillie Eze is a fashion and lifestyle writer originally hailing from Houston, Texas. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Chatham College for Women, and Certificate in French Language and Grammar from Université Catholique de l’Ouest in Angers, France. Her work has been published, both written and styled, in InStyle Romania, StyleCartel, NoteStream, and FAJO Magazine. She also has an interview roster that includes famed designers Lubov Azria, Timo Weiland, Nicole Miller, Michelle Bohbot; Celebrity stylists/makeup artists Brad Goreski, Anita Patrickson, Jamie Greenberg; and the brilliant minds of Cara Santana and Deborah Lippman, among many others.

From Belgium to Africa, Tillie’s passion for culture, fashion, cuisine and beauty has taken her around the world. She curiously immerses herself in the core of cultures and styles while on her travels to deliver sensory stimuli to readers.

When Tillie’s not writing…she’s writing. You can catch her and her fabulous purple coif covering backstage at NYFW, trying the latest culinary hotspots, ranting on twitter about social injustice and women’s empowerment, or attending the Met Gala preview. She is everywhere that you want to be, and brings you along for the ride.

Tillie currently lives in Brooklyn, where she is on never ending mission to see Beyoncé live (again) and find REAL Texas barbecue that can somewhat compare to REAL Texas barbecue.
