This Spring/Summer 2013 J.Crew has solidified that we will have at least one of every piece in the StyleCartel closet. Tom Mora, Head of Women’s Design for J.Crew, continued his signature mix of quirky prints and sporty boy-meets-girl separates that have been seen on Zooey Deschanel, Lauren Conrad, and Michelle Obama. For spring, J. Crew took risks with baroque embellishments, bold floral prints-on-prints, and various neon colors splashed through tops, trimmings, and accessories. Most looks were highly successful but beware of when styling yourself as some of these prints might not translate from model to street as easily.
