There’s nothing I love more than being pampered. An hour long facial turns into a day of relaxing, being positive, and enjoying your surroundings. Well for me at least, it’s important to soak up as much positive, self-loving juju exuded during a treatment. And at Oasis Day Spathey know that your experience should start from the moment you step into their institution.

Located on the luxurious Park Avenue, Oasis Day Spa has been serving up 5-star treatment for over 15 years, and though their loyal clientele return without a second guess, Oasis knew to keep up with the quickly advancing beauty sector it was necessary for them to update their look.

Owner, Bruce Schoenberg said, “There is a new mood and energy in the city – a new mayor, new technologies… the Ice Age is over!  Oasis feels that energy and is in the groove.  We wanted to take our great name brand, renew it and remind our guests why we’ve continued to remain so popular in New York for the past sixteen years.”

And though I’ve only seen the space from photographs (I tried their facial at the interim locale), if the service is anything like the new look it’s an experience of sheer bliss. Awarded “Best of New York” and “Best of Westchester” and favorite Day Spa by the readers of Spa Magazine, it’s a soothing, distressing oasis amidst the city that never sleeps. And don’t worry about their renovated luxe retreat going “Hollywood,”  all prices stayed the same, just a few extensions have been added.

Designed by Binny Tercek and Lisa Baglieri, they envisioned a more modern spa by lightening the walls and adding stone grey carpeting throughout for a Zen-like effect, touches of artistic notes hang from the wall, as well as updated signage of warm greys and contemporary décor. But don’t take our word for it, see why the new flagship Oasis Day Spa is a true Big Apple Oasis.
